Chicago Wine Consulting allows shipment, delivery, and pick-up of all online orders.
You (the purchaser) are required to show proof of age at the time of receipt of shipment, delivery, and/or pick-up. If someone is accepting the shipment, delivery, and/or pick-up of your order, they must show proof of age at time of receiving the order.
For in-store Pick-ups: You may pick up your order anytime we are open; Tuesday thru Saturday from 10:30AM to 6:30PM, and Sundays & Mondays from noon to 5PM For Delivery: Chicago Wine Consulting offers delivery to Chicago and the surrounding suburbs for $15 flat rate. Orders over $250.00 qualify for FREE delivery. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated after your purchase based on your location and total number of bottles ordered, and the total shipping cost. We will contact you directly to set up the shipment; including the total cost of the shipment, total number of packages being shipped, and what day the shipment will be scheduled on the calendar for outgoing shipment. For those that qualify, Chicago Wine Consulting uses FedEx for all Domestic shipments. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated after your purchase based on your location and total number of bottles ordered, and the total shipping cost. For customers that have their own International shipping methods, Chicago Wine Consulting will prepare your order for shipment, and package your wines in the appropriate wine shipping containers for you. In addition, we will deliver or ship your order to your preferred shipping carrier. Customers with their own shipping carrier/shipping accounts: Chicago Wine Consulting will pack and prepare any orders for a customer if that customer wants to facility their own shipment.
In addition, we will be drop off or deliver an order to the shipping carrier of your own choice/shipping account holder. Chicago Wine Consulting will NOT be held accountable for any shipment facilitated with using the customer’s shipping carrier/method. If you are using your shipping account/carrier you assume ALL risks of the shipment. Chicago Wine Consulting will NOT be held financially responsible for any shipments facilitated by the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
